if there is a feeling she can’t stand its feeling rejected. when it came to elphaba, being ignored was equal to being rejected, and her need to feel noticed by the oddball before her only increased exponentially with each second she kept reading that bloody book. after an annoyed huff, her hand moved from the girl to her book, and she placed it down as her very best sad face and pout were properly drawn in her face.

though she was slightly annoyed her book had been taken away, she was much too busy being amused with the face her roommate pulled. she focused her efforts on stifling a laugh, rather than attempting to pick up her book and continue pretending to read.
